In light of the responses we received to our informal consultation on the methodologies for closing out DPCR5, we are reconsidering our approach to assessing the Network Output Measures (NOMs).
In particular we are proposing changes to our approach to fault rates and material changes.
In addition, we are also proposing a new mechanism for logging up flooding expenditure for SSEH, in line with DPCR5 Final Proposals.
This consultation has closed and was not progressed further.
