DCP248 seeks to protect customers with current transformer (CT meters) affected by Half-hour (HH) metering settlement issues (BSC modification P272) by amending the DCUSA to provide them with a grace period of at least 12 months to agree an appropriate Maximum Import Capacity (MIC) with their Distribution Network Operator (DNO).

The Authority approved the original DCP248 modification on 25 April 2015.
