Distribution Connection and Use of System Agreement (DCUSA) DCP137 - Introduction of locational tariffs for the Export from HV Generators in Areas identified as generation dominated

Decision

DCP137 seeks to amend the Distribution Connection and Use of System Agreement (DCUSA) by changing the methodology for calculating charges for High Voltage (HV) generators within the Common Distribution Charging Methodology (CDCM), identifying which primary substations are generator dominated and reducing or removing credits for the units exported by HV generators connected to those primary substations.

The Authority has rejected this modification proposal on 11 February 2015.
