The intent of DCP117 is to amend the Distribution and Connection Use of System Agreement (DCUSA) to correct distortions in the calculation of the percentage split between direct/indirect costs in the Price Control Disaggregation Model so that net costs described as 'Load related new connections & reinforcement (net of contributions)' are calculated and allocated to appropriate network tiers.
