Distribution Connection and Use of System Agreement DCP222 - Non billing of Excess Reactive Power Charges

We've approved this modification to the Distribution Connection and Use of System Agreement (DCUSA), which removes excess reactive power charges for Common Distribution Charging Methodology (CDCM) generators that are requested to operate at power factors of below 0.95 by their DNO.
