We have issued Direction Notices under section 11A(1)(a) of the Electricity Act 1989 and under section 23(1)(b) of the Gas Act 1986 to the relevant licence holders. The notice directs the introduction of a new licence condition to implement our Network Innovation Review policy decision that the RIIO network licensees develop an electricity or gas network innovation strategy. The new licence condition can be found in the relevant Statutory Notices.
