Following the notice which Ofgem issued on 19 July 2016, under Part B of Special Condition 2A of the Gas Distribution Licence, this direction modifies the GD1 Price Control Financial Model (PCFM).
This is the version of the model we will use for the Annual Iteration Process (AIP) which will take place by the 30 November 2016.
