For RIIO-ED1, SLC 47 (Environment Reporting) of the Electricity Distribution Licence requires each distribution network operator (DNO) to publish an Environment Report. In November 2015, we published the Notice to issue the Environment Report Guidance Document for the DNOs. The Guidance outlines the proposed content of the Environment Report and is intended to guide DNOs in drafting their report each year.
This Direction brings the Guidance into effect from the date of publication – 12 February 2016.
