On 25 September 2015 National Grid Gas plc (NGG) wrote to the Authority relating to a determination relating to the Moffatt Designated Arrangements (MDA), and the attached statement of the MDA.
We have determined, in line with section A1.4.1 of the European Interconnection Document and paragraph 18 of Standard Special Condition A11 of NGG’s licence, that NGG's determination faciliates the relevant objectives of the Uniform Network Code.
