This letter sets out the decision of the Gas and Electricity Markets Authority to grant Smart DCC Ltd, a temporary and limited derogation from certain elements of Section H of the Smart Energy Code that came into effect from February 25 2021, as implemented by SEC Modification Proposal 122A, pursuant to Licence Condition 22.33 of the Smart Meter Communications Licence.
