This letter sets out our decision to allow National Grid Electricity Transmission (NGET) to recover the costs associated with Demand-Side Balancing Reserve (DSBR) utilisation and that no adjustment is needed on the costs recovered relating to the procurement and testing of Supplemental Balancing Reserve (SBR) and DSBR for winter 2015-16.
