Decision on Scottish Power Transmission Ltd's Opening Asset Value (OAV) for project 'Sloy'

Project Sloy has been jointly delivered by SP Transmission and SHE Transmission to relieve constraints on the latter’s network. It is funded under the conditions of the Transmission Investment for Renewable Generation (TIRG). The outputs associated with SP Transmission’s work on the project were delivered in 2009/10. This decision sets the OAV for the project at £19.366 million, this determines the level of revenue SP Transmission can recover for the 5 years following the end of construction.
