We are publishing our decision on National Grid Electricity Transmission’s (NGET) new Network Access Policy (NAP). NGET submitted a new NAP to us for approval to reflect the legal separation of the Transmission Owner (TO) and System Operator (SO) functions of National Grid.
Our consultation on the NAP submission from NGET was published on the 9th of January and closed on the the 8th of February. This letter explains our decision to approve NGET’S new NAP.
