Decision for

Statutory consultation on the modification of standard conditions of electricity supply licences to enable the delivery of the Government Electricity Rebate

On 24 June 2014, we published a statutory consultation on our proposal to enable the delivery of the Government Electricity Rebate by the Department for Energy and Climate Change (DECC) through a licence modification. Having considered responses, the Authority has decided to proceed with the modifications to the licence conditions. The modifications will take effect from Friday 3 October 2014.
