On 8th December 2015, Ofgem received a letter from Craig Dyke of National Grid Gas plc. This letter requested Standard Special Condition A11(18) Approval from the Authority to designate an attached draft Agreement as a Connected System Exit Point (CSEP) Ancillary Agreement within the meaning of 6.6.1 of Section J of the Transportation Principal Document of the Uniform Network Code. We have approved the designation of that draft Agreement as a CSEP Ancillary Agreement in accordance with Standard Special Condition A11(18).
