On 31 January 2019, Together Energy (Retail) Limited (Together Energy) submitted a claim for a Last Resort Supplier Payment of £4.8m for additional costs they incurred in acting as a Supplier of Last Resort (SoLR) in relation to former customers of OneSelect. This letter confirms our decision to consent to Together Energy claiming a Last Resort Supply Payment of up to £4.52m. We also explain any additional factors we have taken into consideration, including representations made to us by interested parties in response to our consultation.
Alongside our decision letter, we have published consents for Together Energy (Retail) Limited to make a claim for the appropriate amount from relevant distribution networks under its gas and electricity supply licences.
