On the 23 May 2018, we received a proposal from Ireland-United Kingdom (IU) Transmission System Operators (TSOs) for the application of the CNTC approach to cross-zonal capacity calculations for the IU Region in accordance with Article 20(7) of the guideline on Capacity Allocation and Congestion Management.
This letter sets out our decision to approve the IU TSOs’ proposal and outlines the necessary next steps.
