Decision to approve Harlaxton Energy Networks Ltd’s Statement of Methodology and Charges for Connection

Harlaxton Energy Networks Ltd have submitted a Statement of Methodology and Charges for Connection in accordance with Standard Licence Condition 13 of the Electricity Distribution Licence.
In making our decision, we have considered whether Harlaxton’s Connection Charging Methodology (CCM) reasonably achieves the Relevant Objectives as described in SLC 13.3.
In our approval of the CCM, we have also taken account of the extent to which Harlaxton’s proposed methodology mirrors either existing Common CCM used by distribution network operators which we have previously approved, or existing CCM used by other independent distribution network operators, which we have previously approved.
