On 2 April 2019, we published a call for applications to join the Design Working Group after a member from a small supplier background stepped down.

We received a number of stakeholder applications. Following careful consideration of these applications, we have decided to appoint Aaron Dickinson (Utiligroup) and James Abraham (IMServ) to the Design Working Group, both of whom have experience with the requirements and processes of small suppliers.

We would like to thank all of the applicants for their continuing interest in the Design Working Group and the development of the Target Operating Model.

We would also like to confirm the change of DWG member from Christine Pearson to Simon Harrison, both of DCC.

All stakeholders can continue to follow the Target Operating Model design work on the BSC website and the Ofgem settlement reform webpage. We will continue to maintain regular contact with stakeholders throughout the duration of the TOM design work via a range of communication channels such as teleconference calls, updates, individual stakeholder meetings and through ELEXON stakeholder workshops.
