On 20 April 2017, following our amendment request dated 24 January 2017, and in line with Articles 8(2), 9(6) and 9(12) of the Regulation establishing a guideline on Capacity Allocation and Congestion Management (the CACM Regulation), we received the amended all TSO proposal for the Congestion Income Distribution Methodology (CID M). The proposal was submitted to us by the relevant TSOs in GB.
This letter sets out our decision to request the Agency for Cooperation of Energy Regulators to adopt a decision, in line with the all Regulatory Authority agreement, the CID M and outlines the necessary next steps that must be taken.
