On 10 March 2017, following our amendment request dated 10 January 20117, and in line with Articles 8(2), 9(6) and 9(12) of the Regulation establishing a guideline on Capacity Allocation and Congestion Management (the CACM Regulation), we received the amended all TSO proposal for the Common Grid Model Methodology (CGMM). The proposal was submitted to us by the relevant TSOs in GB.
This letter sets out our decision to approve, in line with the all Regulatory Authority agreement, the CGMM and outlines the necessary next steps that must be taken.
