DCP203 intends to amend the Distribution Connection and Use of System Agreement (DCUSA) to reduce the number of Licensed Distribution Network Operator (LDNO) discount factors required for unmetered (UMS) connections to Embedded Distribution Network Officer (EDNO) networks so that the process for these connections is simplified.

The Authority approved this modification on 16 May 2016.
