The proposal to modify the GB Distribution Code (DCode) and the ‘Constitution and Rules of the DCode Review Panel to reflect the creation of a new National Grid Electricity System Operator (NGESO) that is legally separated from National Grid Electricity Transmission Limited (NGET) will be of interest to Distribution Network Operators, and all stakeholders who currently interact with NGET. The Authority approved this modification on 22 February 2019.
