This proposal was to correct drafting errors in the specification of the distribution systems that are eligible for LDNO tariffs under the CDCM and under the EDCM and ensure that the charging methodologies do not impose undue discrimination between licensed and licence-exempt distributors.
This is the Authority’s decision to reject the proposal on 22 August 2017.
