Following the November 2017 decision to reject the proposed costs for the Shetland New Energy Solution (SNES) it was agreed that Scottish Hydro Electric Power Distribution (SHEPD) would manage an extension of services to meet demand on the islands until 2025 and provide revised costs to achieve this.
This consultation gives details of these costs, as well as certain other costs incurred under the SNES process, and gives our position on the amount and treatment of these. This consultation seeks respondent’s views on these costs and their treatment.
