RIIO-ED1: Direction to make modifications to the ED1 Price Control Financial Handbook for slow-track licensees

We are consulting on changes we would like to make to the cost recovery arrangements that relate to Scottish Hydro Electric Power Distribution’s (SSEH’s) Shetland Energy Costs. This document presents the background to why changes to these recovery arrangements are necessary.

Firstly, we are seeking views on the policy and licence changes required.

Secondly, we are seeking views on the forecast costs which SSEH will be allowed to recover.
