We are inviting views on proposed changes to Scottish Hydro Electric Transmission (SHE Transmission) plc's and SP Transmission (SPT) plc’s "Statements of the Basis for Transmission Owner Charges”. The statements show how both organisations will charge National Grid Electricity Transmission plc (NGET) for the services provided. They are revised annually.
