CMP255 seeks to amend the Connection and Use of System Code (CUSC) to remove the requirement that the generation allocation of transmission use of system (TNUoS) costs reverts to 27% if the limits to generation charges imposed by European Commission Regulation No 838/2010 Part B no longer apply. We have approved the WACM1 alternative solution.
