CMP239 sought to amend the Connection and Use of System Code (CUSC) by implementing "grandfathering" arrangements in the CUSC charging arrangements on the expiry of Standard Licence Condition C13 in National Grid's electricity transmission licence from 31st March 2016.
The Authority rejected this modifcation on 12 August 2015.
