CMP225 seeks to make consequential changes to the Connection and Use of System Code (CUSC) to reflect licence changes made to implement the European Third Package that enable the Authority to raise or direct CUSC modifications that it reasonably considers necessary to comply with or implement relevant EU legislation progressed according to a timetable it may direct and not have those modifications withdrawn without its consent.
