Connection and Use of System Code (CUSC) CMP220: Code Governance Review (Phase 2) - Fast Track Self-Governance and Objection Process

CMP220 seeks to introduce the ‘fast track’ self-governance process to the CUSC governance rules to implement Ofgem’s Code Governance Review Phase 2 licence changes which came into effect in August 2013. Ofgem has decided to approve the modification as better facilitating the CUSC Applicable Objectives.
