CMP260 seeks to amend the Connection and Use of System Code (CUSC) by allowing some Non Half Hourly customers migrating to Half Hourly (HH) during 2015/16 to be treated as HH when calculating the actual annual liability for transmission network (TNUoS) charges applicable to the 2015/16 charging year.

The Authority rejected this modification on 8 July 2016.
