The Gas and Electricity Markets Authority (“the Authority”) hereby gives notice pursuant to Section 7(5) of the Gas Act 1986 (“the Act”) as follows:
1. The Authority proposes to grant a gas transporter licence (“the Licence”) under Section 7(2) of the Act to CNG Services Ltd (company number 04683805), whose registered office is situated at Virginia House, 56 Warwick Road, Olton, Solihull, West Midlands, United Kingdom, B92 7HX (“the Company”).
2. The Licence, if awarded, will authorise the Company to convey gas through pipes from the Murrow AD Plant to National Grid Transmission’s Murrow Block Valve site in the area to the west of Somerset Farm at Murrow, PE13 4HN, at the following grid reference points and as shown in the map at Appendix 1:

3. The reason why the Authority proposes to grant the Licence is to secure that the reasonable demands for gas in Great Britain are met.
4. Any representations or objections with respect to the proposed Licence may be made on or before 16 December 2019 and should be addressed to Industry Codes and Licensing at 10 South Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London, E14 4PU or licensing@ofgem.gov.uk.
