CMP261 proposes to amend the CUSC to remedy an alleged breach, in charging year 2015/16, of the upper limit of the charge range set by European Commission Regulation 838/2010. The Authority does not consider a breach of the charge range has occurred.
The Authority rejected this modification on 16 November 2017.
