The CMA Restricted Meters (RM) remedy obligates electricity suppliers, through licences, to engage with RM customers through appropriate forms of communication.

Our letter states that Ofgem will not prescribe the content or form of communication but we will ask suppliers for information about their engagement as part of our monitoring of the remedy outcomes.
