The Authority gave notice to Chive Fuels Limited (the licensee) (company registration number 02842955) on 18 November 2020 that it’s licence would be revoked (as requested by the licensee) on 19 December 2020 unless the Authority directed otherwise.
On 15 December 2020, the Authority directed that this revocation notice and decision be retracted because relevant industry discontinuance processes had not been completed.
The revocation of this licence will therefore not take place on 19 December 2020.
