Between 29 September 2014 and 23 January 2015, we began accepting change proposals for the Capacity Market (CM) Rules.
We received 91 proposals, which can now be viewed in our new search tool: Capacity Market Rules Change Proposals.
Our new tool allows you to search by organisation, rules area and reference number, and includes features to help you further filter your results by the status of the proposal (open, closed, under consultation and so on) and by date. We hope you find the search useful, and we'd welcome your feedback.
What happens now?
We are now analysing the proposals we've received and will consult on our conclusions and the draft rules changes in spring 2015. Final changes to the rules will be implemented before the 2015 T-4 pre-qualification round. Proposals submitted after 23 January 2015 are being held for later consideration, before the 2016 pre-qualification rounds, unless they are urgent.
