Standard Licence Condition (SLC) 13 of the Electricity Distribution Licence LC13 requires that the licensee must have a Use of System (UoS) Charging Methodology which is approved by Ofgem on the basis that it achieves the Relevant Objectives (set out in SLC 13). SLC 14 also requires that the licensee must have a UoS Charging Statement in a form approved by Ofgem. This sets out the basis on which UoS charges will be made.

G2 Energy IDNO submitted their UoS Charging Methodology and UoS Charging Statement to us for our approval.  This letter sets out our approval of G2 Energy IDNO’s UoS Charging Methodology and its UoS Charging statement
