Murphy Power Distribution Limted have submitted a Statement of Methodology and Charges for Connection in accordance with Standard Licence Condition 13 of the Electricity Distribution Licence. In making our decision, we have considered whether Murphy Power Distribution’s Connection Charging Methodology (CCM) reasonably achieves the Relevant Objectives as described in SLC 13.3. In our approval of the CCM, we have also taken account of the extent to which Murphy Power Distribution’s proposed methodology mirrors either existing CCMs used by distribution network operators which we have previously approved, or existing CCMs used by other independent distribution network operators, which we have previously approved.
