Approval of NGG's Capacity Methodology Statements modified for CAM Network Code

National Grid Gas (NGG) have made changes to the five Entry and Exit Capacity Methodology Statements and Capacity Release Methodology Statements (the "Methodology Statements") to implement elements of the Commission Regulation (EU) No 984/2013 (Capacity Allocation Mechanisms) and continued compliance with Annex I to Regulation (EC) No 715/2009.
We consented to NGG's request in November 2014 for exemption from their gas transporter licence condition requiring them to submit statements from an Independent Examine alongside the Methodology Statements.
This letter approves NGG's modifications to the five Methodology Statements. We also direct NGG to make some additional changes to the Methodology Statements, mostly to correct typographical and cross referencing errors.
