Approval of Interconnector (UK)'s access rules and charging methodology

On 30 September 2014 Interconnector (UK) (IUK) submitted access rules and a charging methodology for a new contractual framework, the IUK Access Agreement (IAA), to the Authority for approval.

Ofgem’s letter and the annexed directions set out our approval of the submitted proposals.

IUK also submitted the proposed amendments to the existing long-term contracts known as Standard Transportation Agreements (the proposed STA amendments) for Ofgem to ensure compliance with the CMP Guidelines.
