NOTICE UNDER SECTION 7B(9)(c) OF THE GAS ACT 1986 OF THE GRANT OF A GAS SUPPLY LICENCE
Pursuant to section 7B(9)(c) of the Gas Act 1986 (“the Act”), the Gas and Electricity Markets Authority (“the Authority”) hereby gives notice that on 21 September 2015 a gas supply licence was granted under section 7A(1) of the Act to Amber Energy Management Ltd (company number 09514812) whose registered office is situated at Castle Buildings, 23 Church Place, Neath, Neath and Port Talbot, SA11 3LP, United Kingdom, authorising it to supply gas to any non-domestic premises situated in Great Britain.
