UNC570: Obligation on Shippers to provide at least one valid meter reading per meter point into settlement once per annum

This modification will introduce a requirement that a valid meter reading is submitted into gas settlements at least once per year. This brings the UNC into line with recent modifications to the Gas Suppliers, Gas Shippers and Gas Transporters licence, directed by the Competition and Markets Authority following its energy market investigation. The Authority approved this modification on 31 August 2017.
