NOTICE UNDER SECTION 7B(9) OF THE GAS ACT 1989 OF THE GRANT OF A RESTRICTION TO A GAS SUPPLY LICENCE
The Gas and Electricity Markets Authority (“the Authority”) hereby gives notice pursuant to section 7B(9) of the Gas Act 1989 (“the Act”) that on 28 July 2021 a restriction to a gas supply licence was granted under section 7A(6) of the Act to Palladium Energy Supply Limited (company number 09134831) whose registered office is situated at Unit 3 Shorebury Point, Amy Johnson Way, Blackpool, Lancashire, FY4 2RH, United Kingdom, authorising it to supply gas to any non-domestic premises situated in Great Britain.
