DCP158 sought to standardise the Distribution Network Operator (DNO) Distribution Use of System (DUoS) charging arrangements where a customer within a Licence Exempt Distribution Network requests an Meter Point Administration Number ( MPAN) in order to choose a supplier and the Difference Metering solution is adopted for settlement.
