BSC Modification Proposal 472 sought to amend BSC Section E ‘BSC Agents’ to allow Elexon to remove the requirement for Parties to bring claims against BSC Agents in specific circumstances where a business case is presented to and subsequently approved by the BSC Panel.  

The Authority approved this modification on 31 January 2025.
