We are consulting on a proposal to modify the special conditions of the electricity transmission licence held by National Grid Electricity System Operator Limited. The purpose of this licence modification is to allow NGESO to recover Balancing Services Use of System (‘BSUoS’) charges relating to the 2021/22 charging year in the following charging year (2022/23) as directed by our decision with regards to CMP381 published on 14 January 2022.
