This is a Notice under Part D of Special Condition 3L of the Electricity Transmission Licence of a proposal to direct modifications to Table 1 to amend details of Pre-Construction Engineering Outputs and to specify the allocation of associated Allowed Expenditure to the outputs. Our reasons for the proposed direction are set out in an appendix to the letter.
