This consultation seeks views on the development of competition in UK Power Networks’ (UKPNs) three Distribution Service Areas (DSAs). It follows the submission to us by UKPN of ‘Competition Notices’1 on 23 December 2013 on behalf of Eastern Power Networks plc (EPN), London Power Networks plc (LPN) and South Eastern Power Networks plc (SPN) in relation to two Relevant Market Segments (RMSs) and one alternative market segment.
