We propose to modify Chapter 3 of Annex F of the Regulatory Instructions and Guidance (RIGs) for RIIO-ED1 in relation to the Guaranteed Standards of Performance. The proposed modifications follow the modifications to the RIGs made in April 2020.
The proposed changes are made to clarify and improve the reporting requirements in relation to the Guaranteed Standards of Performance. This notice proposes changes to Version 5.1 of Annex F of the RIGs, as published on 29 April 2020.
This notice fulfils our obligation under Part C of Standard Condition 46 (Regulatory Instructions and Guidance) of the electricity distribution licence.
